You can quickly select the type of home you are searching for within a minute or two by ticking boxes and pre-filled selections for the core property type.

Search results provided to Landlords are based on the suburb location of any particular rental property, if you select a suburb that is nearby, you will display high on the search results.
You can select one or a few suburbs to ensure you are prominent in highly populated areas.

Whilst you provide your name, email address and phone number in the registration process, we only display a username you create for your profile even though the directory pages of Preferred Tenants are only accessible to screened and approved Landlords.
Identity and verification documents that are uploaded are not stored on the website.
They are held offline and are only made available on request to an approved Landlord.
Your full details are only provided to Agents individually on request.
