What that may affect your registration:

You have been more than 7 days late with your rent in the last 12 months.
You have received a Breach notice in the last 12 months.
You have been evicted from a property in the last 2 years.
You have no references from your previous Landlord or Property Manager.
You are seeking a new home for use as a share house with other people.
Your main income source is government assistance.
Your household income has been unstable for the last year.
You cannot provide a Proof of Income to the Landlord or Property Manager.
Your budget for a new rental is more than 40% of your household income.
You have an excessive number of vehicles and a passion for DIY mechanics.
You have more than one pet, or a large-breed dog, for a small rental property.
You have a history of property damage, noise disturbances, or criminal activity.
